Inter Milan scouts were reportedly in Bergamo on Tuesday to observe Club Brugge starlet Aleksandar Stankovic.

According to Tuttosport via FCInter1908, Inter are considering bringing the 20-year-old back to San Siro at the end of the season.

Club Brugge purchased Aleksandar Stankovic in the summer for a reported fee of €10 million.

However, aware of the midfielder’s potential, the Nerazzurri included a buy-back clause in the deal.

Therefore, they can re-sign the Serbian teenager next summer for €23 million.

Stankovic has gone from strength to strength at the Jan Breydel Stadium, quickly adapting to life in the Jupiler Pro League.

Indeed, the young playmaker has already tallied eight league appearances for Club Brugge, adding six more in the Champions League.

Moreover, he started both league-phase matches against Monaco and Atalanta.

Meanwhile, Inter scouts were at the Gewiss Stadium a couple of days ago to observe the midfielder first-hand.

Despite Inter’s interest in taking Stankovic back, an unnamed Bundesliga club has reportedly registered an interest in Stankovic.
