Report – Inter Milan Still Not Seriously Considering Alternative Targets To Atalanta Talisman

Inter Milan are reportedly still not seriously considering going after any alternative targets to Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInterNews.

Inter Milan’s pursuit of Ademola Lookman has become virtually the transfer soap opera of the summer in Serie A.

Inter made their first offer for the 27-year-old last month. However, Atalanta have turned both that bid and then a second improved one down.

Meanwhile, Lookman himself is absolutely determined to make the move to Inter.

The former Leicester City and Fulham forward has tried to force Atalanta’s hand by making a public transfer request and no-showing training for the past several days.

Inter Not Considering Any Alternative Targets To Ademola Lookman

In the meantime, Inter must seriously consider the possibility that they may fail to sign Lookman.

Ultimately, the final decision is Atalanta’s. And so far the Bergamo-based club have not cracked under the pressure from Lookman and Atalanta.

However, according to Mediaset, Inter have not made any real moves to sound out other targets.

For the time being, the only negotiations that Inter are in are with Atalanta for Lookman.

For now, the Nerazzurri are still confident. They feel that it is still just a waiting game to sign the Nigerian international.
