Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Fabiana Della Valle reports that Inter have sounded out Dusan Vlahovic’s availability over a free transfer in 2026, but the Juventus forward aims to move to the Premier League with a salary of at least €10m.
Serie A giants Inter have opened preliminary talks with Vlahovic’s entourage over a free transfer in June 2026.
The Serbia international’s contract with Juventus runs out at the end of the season and it’s practically impossible to see him extend his stay by signing a new deal.
“He [Vlahovic] wants to leave in June, getting a €10m signing bonus and a €10m fixed salary. His target is to move to the Premier League,” Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Fabiana Della Valle said on her YouTube channel.
“A possible scenario would see him stay in Italy,” the journalist continued.
“Over the last few months, there were contacts with Milan, who wanted to sign him right away, and Inter, who are considering signing him on a free transfer at the end of his contract.
“Marotta has already sounded out the player’s availability with his entourage.”
Juventus had been in talks over a new deal for Vlahovic for several months, but negotiations are now on hold, given that the ex-Fiorentina striker won’t accept a pay cut.
Vlahovic will earn €8m in the final year of his contract in Turin, which gets to €12m with add-ons.
The 25-year-old has scored two goals as a substitute in the first two games of the season for Juventus.
