As Juventus close in on a deal for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, reports from Italy claim the Bianconeri have also made an informal enquiry into Marcus Rashford.
Rashford, like Sancho, is considered surplus to requirements under Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim but any deal for Juventus is more complex than with Sancho – due to a higher price tag and higher potential wage.
Marcus Rashford has already been linked with a move to Serie A this year, when the forward was made available for transfer in January. Despite rumours linking the English forward with Milan, he eventually moved on loan to fellow Premier League side Aston Villa.
He enjoyed a decent spell with the Midlands club, scoring two goals and assisting a further two in 10 Premier League appearances but the club opted against making his stay a permanent one.
The player’s demands, and United’s demands for the player, may prove a big obstacle in Juventus’ pursuit but SkySport, via TMW, have reported informal discussions beginning in the same conversation over a deal for Sancho.
