Man Utd manager Ruben Amorim has reportedly placed Inter Milan target Rasmus Hojlund on the transfer list.
Per English media outlet talkSPORT via FCInterNews, Amorim has chosen to stick with Joshua Zirkzee instead of the ex-Atalanta star.
The 22-year-old’s days at Old Trafford look numbered after Amorim deemed him surplus to requirements.
However, a return to Serie A could help Rasmus Hojlund reignite his faltering career, with Inter waiting in the wings.
Despite Amorim’s decision, Inter cannot expect to sign the Dane cheaply.
With Man Utd open to selling Hojlund, Inter see a clean chance to strengthen their frontline.
Still, the Nerazzurri must first offload Mehdi Taremi.
Followed by Nottingham Forest, Fulham, and Besiktas, the 32-year-old is close to leaving the San Siro after one year.
Meanwhile, Parma starlet Ange-Yoan Bonny is on the cusp of joining the Serie A runners-up.
Therefore, Taremi’s departure would open another slot in attack.
Indeed, it would allow Inter to step up their pursuit of Hojlund.
