Milan are reportedly looking to Belgium yet again for reinforcements with an approach for RSC Anderlecht creative midfielder Mario Stroeykens.
The Rossoneri already spent big in recent years in Belgian football on Alexis Saelemaekers, Charles De Ketelaere, Koni De Winter, and former Club Brugge player Ardon Jashari of Switzerland.
Now Footmercato in France suggest their next target is RSC Anderlecht talent Stroeykens.
He is set to celebrate his 21st birthday next month and plays as a creative midfielder, but can also work on the left flank of attack.
This is a particularly appetising opportunity on the transfer market because his contract with Anderlecht only runs to the end of the season.
That means they need to get a sale done and Milan hope to take advantage of that situation.
A product of the Anderlecht youth academy, Stroeykens scored five goals and provided seven assists in 39 competitive appearances for the club last season.
