Milan are reportedly interested in Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki for 2026 as Mike Maignan is expected to leave at the end of his contract in June.

Serie A giants Milan have identified Parma’s Suzuki as a possible replacement for their goalkeeper Maignan next season, according to the latest report from Calciomercato.com.

Maignan expected to leave Milan on a free transfer

Maignan’s contract at San Siro runs out in June 2026, and it’s highly unlikely that the Frenchman will pen a new deal.

Chelsea already tried to sign Maignan on a low transfer fee during the summer transfer window, but the Rossoneri blocked his exit as the Blues’ offer didn’t match their demands.

Suzuki could replace Maignan at Milan

Chelsea are expected to resume their interest in Maignan, especially with the France international free to join any other club at the end of the season.

According to Calciomercato.com, Suzuki was already among the possible Maignan replacements at Milan earlier this summer, and the Rossoneri will continue monitoring the Japan international during the season.
