Tottenham Hotspur are looking to sign the AC Milan attacker Rafael Leao during the summer window.

According to a report from Fichajes, they are now prepared to shake up the transfer market with an ambitious move for the Portuguese international. They could offer €100 million to convince the Italian club to sell the player. It will be interesting to see if the offer is presented in the next few days.

Rafael Leao would improve Spurs

There is no doubt that they need a dynamic attacker like Leao, and he would be an excellent acquisition. However, they need to improve other areas of the squad as well. Spending €100 million on the Portuguese international might not be realistic.

He has done quite well for the Italian club since joining them, and he registered 25 goal contributions last season. There is no doubt that you would improve Tottenham going forward, and he will add some much-needed unpredictability to their attack as well. Leao has been described as “extraordinary” by Max Allegri.

Tottenham need someone like Leao

Son Heung-min has left the club, and Tottenham will need to replace him. The Portuguese international could be the ideal replacement in theory. He is highly rated across Europe, and he has been linked with the move to the Premier League multiple times in the past. It will be interesting to see if Spurs can get the deal across the line.

The report claims that Tottenham are keeping tabs on the Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo Goes as well. It will be interesting to see which of the two players they end up signing. Both players of the quality to thrive in the Premier League, and they could prove to be excellent additions.

Tottenham will be hoping to push for trophies next season as well, and they need elite talent in order to do that. Leao or Rodrygo would be excellent options for them.
