Atalanta were left frustrated by the agents of Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman this summer, contributing to the collapse of the player’s potential move to Inter Milan.

Speculation this summer linked the former Everton and Fulham man to the Nerazzurri but in the end, the player remained in Bergamo.

According to reports from CalcioMercato, via FCInter1908, La Dea were unhappy with the pressure from Lookman’s agents to force a move.

Inter ultimately decided not to match Atalanta’s demands for the player and with intermediaries frustrating the Bergamo side, a move did not materialise.
