Now, former Everton CEO Keith Wyness has provided a huge update on Vlahovic’s transfer stance. Speaking to Football Insider, Wyness said,

“Spurs are the team that I’m hearing he’s leaning towards, and I think that could be something that makes sense. If you look at what Spurs have got right now, there’s still that sort of striker position where they are lacking real experience.”

The ex-PL CEO added,

“I think he might be the right sort of fit for them. There’s a long time to go yet, but I think in terms of January, it could possibly get done. Vlahovic is edging towards Spurs, and that’s where I’m thinking he may just fit.”

The Lilywhites are in desperate need of a forward capable of delivering goals consistently, and Vlahovic fits that profile perfectly. Wyness also suggests that a January move to North London is a realistic possibility.

However, that approach could prove risky, as several top clubs might also enter the race for his signature. Furthermore, reports claim that Juventus are open to selling the striker at a discounted price if Tottenham make their move in the winter window.
