Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has spoken on an intriguing new Chelsea transfer deal that is starting to heat up.

The Blues are looking to get busy in the market now as we reach the latter end of the long summer transfer window.

We had an exclusive drop on one potentially very big story brewing up yesterday as Chelsea look to possibly jump in on Arsenal’s attempts to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace.

But there are so many other situations going on right now as well with the rumour mill working in over drive.

At the moment, there are so many rumours and links going around suggesting that Nicolas Jackson could be sold by Chelsea, and with more latest reports yesterday, it’s looking more and more likely to happen this summer.

Jackson situation on the edge

I have been saying all summer that I think Nicolas Jackson gets sold and I certainly have not changed my mind on that now.

I did some polls on my Substack site yesterday and just 7% of the voters would NOT sell Jackson this summer if a decent offer comes in, making it pretty clear what the majority of fans are thinking on this one.

An exit is heating up

Fabrizio Romano is now starting to talk more and more about a Jackson exit as things really heat up now.

Last night, he posted this on his X account:

“Several clubs have started to move for Nicolas Jackson as his exit from Chelsea remains possible this summer.

“AC Milan deal currently off, price too high and no intention to proceed.

“Premier League clubs making initial approaches.”
