Wilfried Nancy has named his Celtic team for this afternoon’s game against Livingston at the Set Fare Arena. The Scottish Champions will be encouraged by the scoreline at Easter Road, which means that Celtic could cut the gap at the top to three points with a win today.
Nancy has named his team and there’s one surprise – Vil Sinisalo starts with Kasper Schmeichel dropping out. It remains to be seen why the Dane is not involved, perhaps illness.
Sinisalo starts behind a back three of Tony Ralston, Auston Trusty and Kieran Tierney.
Luke McCowan starts on the left with Yang on the right with Callum McGregor and Arne Engels occupying the central pairing.
Benji Nygren and Daizen Maeda start behind Johnny Kenny as the lone striker.
Subs: Doohan, Simpson-Pusey, Scales, Shin, Bernardo, Hatate, Murray, Forrest, Donovan.
There will likely be an update before kickoff from the Celtic manager in advance of kickoff to hear if there’s an issue with Schmeichel.
