
Chelsea have agreed a new shirt sleeve sponsorship deal with FPT corporation for the rest of the current season, and are in the closing stages of finding a front of shirt sponsor according to The Athletic.
This is now the third consecutive season the Blues have started without a front of shirt sponsor, and it’s believed Chelsea are looking for a deal worth around £60m per season.
The Blues have had a number of short terms deals with Infinite Athlete the sponsor for part of the 2023/2024 campaign, whilst property company Damac featured on the shirt for a handful of games at the backend of last season.
Chelsea’s lack of shirt sponsor has puzzled fans given the Blues are back in the Champions League and won the Club World Cup, meaning they are much more attractive to potential sponsors.
The Blues are said to have been in conversations with a number of suitors from both America and the Middle East.
There have been reports Red Bull could be a potential sponsor, and The Athletic have reported the Blues are now in the closing stages of finding a front of shirt sponsor.

Whilst the Blues made over £300m in player sales this summer, the lack of a shirt sponsor means the club are missing out on vital revenue.
Chelsea are having to come up with alternative ways to make that money, so the sooner an agreement is reached the better it is for the club.
The Blues received a large sum of prize money for winning the Club World Cup, which certainly helped plug the sponsorship gap last season.
