Moise Kean, the fresh winner of the November Serie A Player of the Month, is also the best Italian performer in the opening 14 Serie A Rounds.

Fiorentina and Italy striker Kean, scorer of nine league goals for the Tuscans this season, is the best Italian player in Serie A, according to average player ratings* in Italy.

The former Juventus striker is also the second-best performing player in the league, behind his Fiorentina teammate David de Gea. 

Lazio’s Mattia Zaccagni, who has scored five goals and provided three assists so far this season, is the second-best Italian player in the league.

The 29-year-old was the Azzurri’s group stage hero at the 2024 Euros but has only played four minutes for the Azzurri since then and didn’t even make the squad in October and November.

Atalanta star Mateo Retegui, the current Serie A top scorer with 12 goals, is the third-best Italian performer in Serie A in the opening 14 rounds.
