Ahead of the European clash, The Standard shared a promising prediction for Tottenham, suggesting two key players could return to the squad from injury. The English media outlet notes that Mohammed Kudus could be available for the November 23 clash against Arsenal.
“After Kudus was ruled out of the Champions League win over Copenhagen, he could not face Manchester United after Frank had said he was ‘touch and go’ to return,” the outlet wrote.
“Kudus was then left out of the Ghana squad but Frank said he was ‘very confident’ that he ‘should be available for the next one.’ The £55million summer signing from West Ham has been at Hotspur Way over the international break and Spurs expect him to be fit to face Arsenal.”
Meanwhile, the other player with a potential return date of November 23 is Radu Dragusin.
“Radu Dragusin’s recovery from an ACL tear has come on in leaps and bounds over the international break,” the outlet added. “He made his grand return to the pitch, playing 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Leyton Orient – his first minutes since January.
“He was not involved in either of Romania’s matches over the international break, but it is hoped he will join back up with the Spurs first team when they reconvene at Hotspur Way.”
