Juventus have identified Tottenham midfielder Yves Bissouma as one of the options to strengthen their midfield unit

Yves Bissouma has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur after an underwhelming season.

The combative midfielder has struggled to hit his best form at White Hart Lane since signing from Brighton and Hove Albion three years ago. The Malian international was a peripheral figure under Antonio Conte, and while he initially looked settled when Ange Postecoglou arrived in 2023, his form became inconsistent last season that led to him losing his spot in the first XI.

Yves Bissouma has entered the final year of his contract, and the Hotspur Way chiefs have no intentions of handing him a new deal. Instead, they want to cash him in and get a decent fee to re-invest on his upgrade.

Everton have shown an interest in the 28-year-old, while Turkish clubs continue to follow him closely. Juventus are the latest club to be keen on the Spurs midfielder’s signature.

Tottenham want €15-20m for Yves Bissouma

According to a report from Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, New Juventus boss Igor Tudor has identified Bissouma as one of the options to improve his midfield unit ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Newcastle United star Sandro Tonali is a dream target for Tudor, who is interested in Atalanta’s Ederson and Inter Milan’s Davide Frattesi. Juventus, however, will find it complicated to sign any of these players due to their crunch financial situation.

Bissouma could then become a concrete target for the Turin giants, the report adds. Spurs could ask between €15m and €20m the African enforcer in this transfer window.

Juventus are ready to move on Douglas Luiz amid Tottenham interest

As per latest reports, Juventus are ready to sell Douglas Luiz after just a season.

Following a big-money move from Aston Villa, Douglas Luiz has failed to live up to the expectations at the Allianz Stadium. He managed just 516 minutes across 19 Serie A games and has been instructed to find a new club.

The midfielder must leave Turin and find a club where he’d get regular minutes to bolster his prospects of flying with the Brazil squad to the World Cup next summer. A move to Tottenham could make sense, and with Juventus interested in Bissouma, do not be surprised if a swap deal is plotted by both clubs to find a solution.
