Udinese & Genoa Top Inter Milan Shortlist In Defense – Two Signings A Possibility

Oumar Solet and Koni De Winter are at the top of Inter Milan’s shortlist of targets in defense, as they could make two signings this summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.

Inter Milan certainly need to reinvigorate their defense this summer.

Over the past couple of seasons, the Nerazzurri have relied on stalwarts Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij.

However, those two former Lazio defenders will turn 38 and 34 respectively next campaign.

Therefore, Inter must plan for the future of their backline.

Solet & De Winter Top Inter Shortlist As Two Defensive Signings A Possibility

Clearly, Inter Milan will make at least one signing this summer.

The Nerazzurri will be prioritizing a player who is capable of playing in the centre of the back three. But versatility across the defense would certainly be an asset.

According to Tuttosport, there are two players who are at the top of Inter’s list of targets.

One is Udinese defender Oumar Solet. And then, the other is Genoa’s Koni De Winter.

Inter may well sign both, though. Tuttosport report that the Nerazzurri are aiming to sign as many as two different defenders.

Particularly if Inter are to listen to offers for Premier League target Yann Bisseck, they will certainly be targeting several defenders.
