What Time Is the Ballon d'Or 2025 Ceremony?

It’s time for the 2025 Ballon d’Or. The ceremony will recognize the foremost players, coaches and goalkeepers in world football who have made an impact this season.

The awards recognize individual brilliance, and club and international historical achievements in both men’s and women’s football. Fans are excited to see who walks away with a trophy.

The 69th Ballon d’Or will take place on Monday, September 22, 2025 in Paris at the Théâtre du Châtelet. The event will begin at 8:00 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST), which is 3:00 PM ET / 12 PM PT in the USA.

Ousmane Dembélé of Paris Saint-Germain is among the frontrunners for the Men’s Award after an excellent season. His pace, ability and habit of scoring decisive goals have placed him in the limelight.

In the Women’s Award, Aitana Bonmatí will be looking for history as she goes for a third Ballon d’Or. The Barcelona star has been key to her club and her country, performing to the highest level throughout the season.
