LAFC will be playing against Toluca FC tonight for the first leg of the CONCACAF Champions Cup semifinal.

The match tonight is highly anticipated as the two teams are among the favorites to win the competition.

LAFC has a star-studded squad, which puts them as favorites of the competition, and Toluca has been consistently overpowering teams over the past year, winning multiple trophies, including two consecutive league titles in Liga MX.

LAFC will have the home advantage tonight against Toluca for the first leg, but the team will be without one of their key player, Denis Bouanga.

The Gabon international has started in every game for LAFC this year and played in the previous match against Minnesota United over the weekend in the MLS.

Denis Bouanga Suspended for the match vs Toluca FC

Denis Bouanga is not injured but will miss the match for LAFC tonight against Toluca. Bouanga is suspended for the first leg of the CONCACAF Champions Cup semifinal tonight.

Bouanga is suspended for the accumulation of yellow cards, and he received a yellow card in the previous match of this competition against Cruz Azul.

The LAFC attack includes Son Heung-Min, David Martinez, and Timothy Tillman.

Bouanga will be back in the squad for the second leg against Toluca in Toluca, Mexico, at the Nemesio Diez next week.
