FC Barcelona will look to extend its lead in the La Liga table over Real Madrid with a win over Getafe away from home today.
Last night, Real Madrid drew 1-1 with Real Betis away from home, and if Barcelona wins today, they will be 11 points clear of Real Madrid and getting closer to defending their league title.
FC Barcelona will be with a thin attack as the club announced their squad list without Raphinha and Lamine Yamal.
Raphinha has been out for weeks since he suffered an injury during the March international break with Brazil, but Lamine Yamal has played the last few games, including the previous one against Celta Vigo.
Yamal scored the only goal for Barcelona's 1-0 home win over Celta Vigo earlier this week through a penalty kick.
Yamal was not included in the sqaud and will not play the match today due to a hamstring injury he sustained after converting the penalty against Celta Vigo.
FC Barcelona confirmed that Lamine Yamal suffered a hamstring injury in his left leg and will be out for the rest of the season.
FC Barcelona's statement read, "The tests carried out have confirmed that first-team player Lamine Yamal has a hamstring injury in his left leg (biceps femoris muscle). The player will follow a conservative treatment plan. Lamine Yamal will miss the remainder of the season, and he is expected to be available for the World Cup."
Yamal's replacement on the right wing was Roony Bardghji against Celta Vigo and the Swedish winger will start against Getafe today.
