Russian club Zenit St. Petersburg have submitted a bid for Roma striker Tammy Abraham, after the Englishman returned to the Giallorossi after a season on loan with Milan.
However, Abraham is reportedly not convinced and the coming days will be decisive as to whether or not the club can persuade the player to come to Russia.
According to what has been reported by SkySport, Zenit have offered Roma €20 million and are also willing to offer the English forward €5 million per season for three years.
Roma still need to wrap up a sale before the end of June as they aim to stay within financial fair play regulations. Players such as Angeliño have been linked out of the club in the past few days but this healthy offer for Abraham has the potential to change the tide in this Giallorossi market.
Sky report that today, Saturday June 28, all parties will meet to discuss a potential deal and to see if Tammy Abraham can be convinced to join Zenit.
