Novak Djokovic was the best player of 2015 and seemed nearly unbeatable. The Serbian won the Paris Masters by beating Andy Murray 6-2, 6-4 in straight sets in the final.
Andy Murray won some of his major titles in 2016, including the Olympic Gold defense. He also won the Paris Masters by beating John Isner 6–3, 6–7(4–7), 6–4 in the final.
Jack Sock won his first and only Paris Masters Final to date in 2017. In the final, he was against Filip Krajinovic, whom he beat 5–7, 6–4, 6–1 in a good match to win his well-deserved title.
Karen Khachanov pulled off a great performance at the Paris Masters in 2018. In the final, he was up against Djokovic and beat him 7–5, 6–4 in straight sets to win the title.
Novak Djokovic was back to winning the title in Paris in 2019, which was one of his best years. The veteran won the title by beating Canada's Denis Shapovalov 6–3, 6–4 in the straight sets in the final.
Daniil Medvedev won his first and only Paris Masters Final to date in 2020. In the final, he was against Alexander Zverev, whom he beat 5–7, 6–4, 6–1 in a good match to win his well-deserved title.
Medvedev also made it to the final of the Paris Masters a year later. However, he couldn't defend his title, as Novak beat him 4–6, 6–3, 6–3 in a 3-setter encounter in the final.
Holger Rune won his first and only Paris Masters Final to date in 2022. In the final, he was against a strong opponent like Djokovic, whom he beat 3–6, 6–3, 7–5 in a good match to win his well-deserved title.
Novak Djokovic won back the title in 2023 by beating Grigor Dimitrov 6–4, 6–3 in the final. It was the last instance of him winning at the Paris Masters, which was also his 7th overall title win at the event.
Alexander Zverev won his first and only Paris Masters Final to date in 2024. In the final, he was against Ugo Humbert, whom he beat 6–2, 6–2 in a one-sided contest to win his well-deserved title. Zverev lost to Sinner 0-6,1-6 in the semifinal in 2025 to get knocked out of the tournament.
