ATP 250 Brisbane final

Nakashima – Medvedev: 11.01.2026 09:30 CEST
H2H: 0-2

Brandon Nakashima has won four of his last five matches. This week in Brisbane, Nakashima won his opening match against Davidovich Fokina in straight sets. He trailed 2-4 in the opening set tiebreak, but turned it around. Nakashima won against Halys in the second round in straight sets, whilst saving both breakpoints he offered. In the quarterfinals, the American dominated against Collignon, saving all six breakpoints he offered. Today in the semifinals, Nakashima once again won in straight sets. Kovacevic stood no chance as Nakashima saved both breakpoints and performed better under pressure. He has yet to lose a set this week in Brisbane.

Daniil Medvedev has won four of his last five matches. This week in Brisbane, Medvedev won the opening match against Fucsovics in straight sets. Even though he lost his serve twice, Medvedev won comfortably. The Russian defeated Tiafoe in the second round in straight sets easily. His toughest challenge came in the quarterfinals against Majchrzak. After losing the opening set 6-7, the Russian turned the match around. In the second and third sets, Medvedev served well, saving all breakpoints. In the semifinals, the Russian defeated Michelsen in straight sets easily. He trailed 0-2 in the opening set, but turned it around. This is his second appearance in Brisbane. In his debut campaign, Medvedev finished as a runner-up, losing to Nishikori in the final in three tight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Medvedev is the favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He dominated this week in Brisbane. Medvedev leads 2-0 in head-to-head meetings against Nakashima, and we expect him to continue that streak.

That being said, Medvedev covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Value bet/ the best odds: Daniil Medvedev -3.5 games handicap @1.91 @bet365

ATP 250 Hong Kong final

Musetti – Bublik: 11.01.2026 08:30 CEST
H2H: 1-2

Lorenzo Musetti has won four of his last five matches. This week in Hong Kong, Musetti won the opening match against Etcheverry in three sets, after losing the opening set 6-7. In the quarterfinals, Musetti defeated Wong in straight sets. In the second set, the Italian trailed 1-3, but turned the match around. In the semifinals, the Italian defeated Rublev in three sets, after losing the opening set 6-7. This is his third appearance in Hong Kong.

Alexander Bublik has won three of his last five matches. Bublik is the second seed this week in Hong Kong. In the opening match, the Kazakh defeated van de Zandschulp in straight sets. He offered and saved two breakpoints. In the quarterfinals, Shang stood no chance against Bublik. Once again, the Kazakh served well, offering only one breakpoint and saving it. Bublik turned the match around against Giron in the semifinals, after losing the opening set 3-6.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, this will be a 50-50 matchup, but we disagree. Bublik handles the pressure better than Musetti and is a better hard-court player. We expect Bublik to win the title at the beginning of the season.

That being said, Bublik winning is a value bet.

Value bet/ the best odds: Alexander Bublik winning @1.80 @bet365
