Coco Gauff made it clear how she feels about Aryna Sabalenka three weeks after their awkward run-in following Gauff’s win in the French Open final at Roland Garros.
Gauff made clear Friday that there are no hard feelings between her and Sabalenka after Sabalenka described the final as “terrible tennis” in her runner-up speech. The American posted a TikTok video of the pair as they prepare for Wimbledon, which begins this week.
“The olive branch was extended and accepted! We’re good so you guys should be too,” Gauff wrote in the caption.

Gauff also shared a second video of her doing a dance with Sabalenka on Instagram, writing, “TikTok dances always had a way of bringing people together.”
Gauff never took any public offense to Sabalenka’s speech, and Sabalenka seemingly reached out in private to clarify things. If there was ever a feud between the duo, it was private and short-lived.
Both Sabalenka and Gauff are among the favorites to win at Wimbledon, which is set to start on Monday. Presumably, the two would not mind getting the chance to battle in another final.
