Jannik Sinner is going through a lean patch according to his high standards. After returning from a three-month ban, the 23-year-old suffered a heartbreaking defeat in the final of the French Open to Carlos Alcaraz, where he failed to capitalise on three Championship points.

The suffering did not end there as Sinner then went on to suffer a defeat in the second round of the Halle Open to Alexander Bublik with a score of 3-6, 6-3, 6-4. Despite recent difficulties, Sinner remains an individual who has achieved what no Italian has ever done before, becoming the world number one in tennis.

It now seems that Sinner is exploring more avenues to accomplish incredible things, not just on the court but also off it. According to a recent report published by the English media outlet Daily Express, Sinner is now set to feature in a song with the famous Italian singer Andrea Bocelli. The three-time Grand Slam winner will feature in the song titled 'Polvere e Gloria', which in English translates to ‘Dust and Glory’. The song is set to be released on Friday, June 20th, through Decca Records / Universal Music.

According to the report, Sinner will be resonating the song with phrases from his victory speeches, which have already been recorded in Bocelli's studio. Sinner was also quoted in the report, where he stated that he feels honoured to be a part of a project with a singer like Bocelli. He said that he never even ‘imagined’ being part of a project with Bocelli. "I am very happy and honoured to be part of this project with Andrea, who for 30 years has been a unique and extraordinary voice, a flag for our country in the rest of the world,” he said. "I could never have imagined hearing my voice in one of his songs. It's extremely moving."
