'To the kindest most thoughtful and caring man': Eiza Gonzalez posts heartfelt birthday wish for boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov

Mexican actress and singer Eiza Gonzalez posted a glowing message to celebrate her boyfriend, Bulgaria’s tennis star Grigor Dimitrov. The two have been dating for some time, and the 35-year-old actress was full of kind words for the reigning world number 15.

“Happiest b’day to the man of my dreams,” she wrote. “@grigordimitrov you’re one of one. You truly are my absolutely favorite human, and I can’t believe I’ve been lucky enough to find you. You’ve restored so much in me I didn’t think was possible. To the kindest most thoughtful and caring man. I admire every inch of the human you are and are becoming. I cannot wait to celebrate many many more.”

Dimitrov has had a very colourful personal life off the court. He dated former world number one Maria Sharapova from 2012 till 2015. He then went on to date famous American singer Nicole Scherzinger from 2015 to 2019. Later, he was in a relationship with Romanian actress Mădălina Diana Ghenea and famous businesswoman Lolita Osmanova.

On the court, Dimitrov has produced some impressive performances, which took him as high as third in the ATP rankings back in 2017. The 34-year-old is going through a decent season where, in 22 matches, he managed to register 14 wins and suffered defeats on eight occasions. His most recent outing was at the Rome Open, where he was knocked out after losing in the round of 64 to Francesco Passaro in straight sets with a score of 7-5, 6-3. Dimitrov’s best performance this season came at the Miami Open, where his journey ended in the semifinals stage when he lost to former world number one Serbia’s Novak Djokovic in straight sets with a score of 6-2, 6-3. Earlier, he also faltered in the semifinal of the Brisbane International back in January, where he was forced to retire from the contest against the Czech Republic’s Jiri Lehecka.
