With less than a month until training camp, UFL teams are locking up players for the 2024 season. The league announced Monday night that 17 more players had signed agreements with five teams.

The Arlington Renegades led the way, signing seven players. Both punter Marquette King and leading rusher De'Veon Smith return from last year's squad.

Also notably, the Memphis Showboats signed quarterback Troy Williams. Last season, Williams took over as the starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Maulers and led the team to a USFL Championship appearance.

Looking at the numbers, 11 of the 17 players signed were on the defensive side of the ball. Memphis was the only team on the list that didn’t sign a defensive player, and the D.C. Defenders, San Antonio Brahmas and St. Louis Battlehawks joined Memphis and Arlington in making moves.

Here are the 17 players that signed UFL contracts on Monday.
