June is on the horizon, and there are a ton of video game releases on the schedule. Typically, June would be a slower month in the gaming industry, but there happens to be a little bit of news that is changing that landscape. You may have heard, but the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 is launching on June 5, with a slew of launch day titles as well as additional games coming out at a later date. This is what fills out most of the June game releases, but even if you do not have the Switch 2 immediately, other drops are coming for the month as well.

Final Thoughts

There is a lot to love about the June video game releases, and even though it is dominated by Switch 2 titles, there are options for everyone to sink their teeth into. Persona V: The Phantom X, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, and Mindseye highlight some of the non-Switch 2 lineup. Overall, June should be a lot of excitement for the gaming industry, so take the opportunity to see the reception of some of your favorite games, and grab them on release if possible.
