As with the first and second games, you cook through the keyboard, typing out keystrokes as fast as humanly possible to prepare recipes. It will take a while to master the numerous recipes, but when you’re able to keep your customers happy, you feel like you’ve really accomplished something. Each recipe also has a hilarious description that is well worth reading, so don’t just purchase recipes without looking at them.

Is The Third Game Even More Difficult?

The first two games had a high level of difficulty, but does the third game ease up on the player? Yes and no. This game has a “Chill” mode that turns on infinite customer patience, which does indeed ease the difficulty. However, each level has “Gold,” “Silver,” and “Bronze” medals that are earned depending on your performance, and in “Chill” mode, you can only earn up to a Silver medal.

So, you have a reason to play the normal mode, but oh boy, are the customers ever impatient in normal mode. You have to prepare food at the holding stations and make special orders before you arrive at each stop, and the customers expect their orders immediately when the truck arrives. In addition, if you prepare holding station foods too early, they can spoil from sitting out for too long. You can enlist your robot assistants to help you, but that’s only a temporary solution. If you live for difficulty, this is a game for you, but if you prefer a relaxing experience, you might want to stick to Chill mode and give up the Gold medals.
