Exciting News: Planet of Lana 2: Children of the Leaf Announced

Fans of Planet of Lana will be excited to know that Planet of Lana 2: Children of the Leaf will be coming soon! It’s been a while since Wishfully and Thunderful Publishing had us join Lana and Mui as they saved their planet from an invading robot army—but now there’s another mystery for them to solve.

This time, we get to explore a wider area of the planet! Icy mountains, deep oceans, and forgotten ruins are just the tip of this cinematic puzzle adventure iceberg.

A Return to Novo

In Planet of Lana 2, we return to Lana’s planet—now revealed to be called Novo—with Lana being a little older than she was in the first game. She’s still accompanied by her shadowy dark companion, Mui, and just in time, because there’s a new threat on the horizon.

You’ll get to put their deep connection and unbreakable bond to the test as you guide Lana to find new allies, confront new enemies, and possibly uncover her destiny as they face off against the Shadows.

Stronger Bond, Deeper Puzzles

Lana and Mui’s bond grows ever deeper in Planet of Lana 2, and you get to guide them to explore more complex, collaborative puzzles. Expect a wider array of physics-based challenges, including those hypnotizing creatures that might still make Mui a snack from time to time (how many times did that happen in the first game? No judging!).

You’ll need to carefully navigate every situation, remembering past puzzle strategies while also learning new ones to refine stealth mechanics and use tactical wit to outsmart enemies.

Sound, Story, and Shadows

If you’re ready to experience the world of Planet of Lana again, you can also expect the return of Takeshi Furukawa’s beautiful score—which, let’s be honest, many of us left on the title screen just to hear on loop until we found the full soundtrack.
