You have to give credit when a game has as cool a name as FBC: Firebreak does; you know you’re in for a ride. How many times have you entered an office space and seen a pile of sticky notes and just thought to yourself, man.. if those things ever become strange entities that multiply over humans turning them into zombie-like creatures that’ll have to shoot up to kill to save the lives of my coworkers? Well, for those who share my boredom.. Remedy Entertainment can relieve that pain.. for the low low price of 39.99, Jun 17th
FBC: Firebreak understands the assignment, giving people a Left 4 Dead-style game with the Helldivers’ reckless creed. The day has been ruined, and lives are at stake with odd paranormal events happening all around the nine to five, things like sticky Ricky for one concerning example, and you are my lucky meat- I mean you, my lucky friend, are sent in with company Firebreak, the only unit capable and willing to shoot a bullet through paper- oh and those zombie things your coworkers have turned into via the sticky notes so, there’s that therapy session as well.
FBC: Firebreak doesn’t leave you lacking when it comes to pretty metal that propels your bullets either- you and your friends will get to mix and match your favorite gear to create the best kind of tactics for defeating otherworldly monsters the mind can barely comprehend. It’s a three-player cooperation, so pick your people wisely. You will also get the exciting chance to improvise on the job, looking for things to give you and yours that edge up in the middle of the thunderstorm. Create the best crisis kit your company has ever seen. Or something.
You also get to create your own Crisis Kit. With the recent funding, your very legal and not morally dubious company has been granted by a very normal source, TM. The federal bureau of control is your friend, I’m very sure about that – you even get to add details to your loadout for even more explosive fun! FBC: Firebreak really does spoil their sacrifice- I mean, saviors don’t they? Either hop back into this wacky world or see it for the first time, cuz this baby is a standalone beast!
FBC: Firebreak isn’t the kind of game that I myself really go for, but that isn’t because it’s a poorly made game- shooters just aren’t my style, but the trailer, the colors, and the models for this one made me smile. I love sticky Ricky and I will watch someone shoot, explode, set it on fire many a times in my free hours just because it looks fun, the idea is wacky and bizarre, some of the best mixtures you can get out of a game. It’ll be a treat!
