Player of the game – Knight
Bilibili Gaming
Bin – 7.0
Bin was the reason why BLG got an edge in the first game. He was also excellent on Gnar, but had little impact on the outcome of game three.
XUN – 7.7
XUN was solid in the series. He was constantly making plays happen for BLG. His game-three impact in the early parts was pivotal in building a lead.
Knight – 7.7
Knight got the better of Caps during the series. He kept the European mid-laner quiet throughout the series and earned two solo kills in game three.
Viper – 7.3
Viper has yet to show his best performances at First Stand. His performance in the final games of the series was more like the Viper we know.
ON – 7.7
ON was certainly on in this series. His Alistar was incredible to carry BLG in teamfights of the second game. Overall, he had the most impact on this First Stand series to earn the Total Apex player of the series award.
G2 Esports
BrokenBlade – 5.3
BrokenBlade was the shining light for G2 in this series. He earned a solo kill on Bin in game one. His K’Sante was the only reason why G2 had a chance in the final game.
SkewMond – 5.0
SkewMond was often the victim of his team’s underperformance. He had a decent series and helped to ignite a potential comeback.
Caps – 4.0
Caps’ performance in the series was his worst in a long time. The European mid-laner had a rough time against Knight.
Hans Sama – 4.0
Hans Sama’s series started well, but tailed off. His laning phase on Caitlyn was disastrous in game three. His ults on Varus also did not land, leading to missed opportunities.
Labrov – 4.0
Similar to Hans Sama, he was decent to open the series. However, he misplayed the laning phase in game three and had a rough Neeko game.
BLG has qualified for the Knockout Stage of First Stand. They will wait the semi-final for the second seed from Group B. G2 will have one more chance against BFX to advance.
