GenG seemed to have steadied the ship in game three. They are one victory away from advancing to the Upper Bracket Final of the LCK Playoffs. However, Bdd and deokdam had other ideas. The poke damage from Bdd’s Zoe and deokdam’s Ziggs proved too much for GenG to deal with. KT has sent us to Silver Scrapes. Can they defy the odds and become the first team to beat GenG in a bo5 since HLE did in the LCK Cup?
One of Bdd’s best champions is Zoe. It has been a long time since she was meta in professional play. Bdd has brought out the Zoe to try to dismantle GenG. Ruler is undefeated on Corki in the LCK this year. Will he carry KT towards Silver Scrapes on his iconic pick against an undefeated Ruler Corki?

The first kill in this game took time to happen. Bdd got three kills in quick succession. From that point, Bdd was always threatening with sleep bubbles on his opponents. Every bubble that landed crumbled GenG’s tempo. They were never able to approach KT without the threat of Bdd taking out one of their champions. Only Kiin could tank a bubble and not be out of the fight instantly.
If GenG were able to dodge the spells from Bdd’s Zoe, they had to worry about deokdam. In the first fight where GenG caught Bdd, many believed that it was the time they would break KT’s composition. However, deokdam rose to land every spell that mattered. GenG’s chase suffered, and they lost members the further they chased. Both of the carry players stood tall in the subsequent fights and got KT to victory in game four.

KT has already done what many did not expect them to do. They have brought GenG to Silver Scrapes. If they can find one more victory in game five, they will qualify for Worlds. T1 and Hanwha Life hope that GenG can clutch it out to ensure they will be at the World Championship.
