LCK 2025: HLE Versus GenG Game Four – The Tigers Are Champions Again

HLE managed to fight back in game three to stay alive in the LCK Playoffs Grand Final. They will need to keep up that momentum if they want a shot at lifting the trophy at the end of the series. The fourth game went back and forth. HLE had a significant gold lead at multiple points. However, the clutch play from GenG sealed the victory with the final fight ending because of a gorgeous Flash Cassiopeia ultimate from Chovy.

LCK 2025: A Battle of the Hook Supports

Blitzcrank and Pyke are feast or famine support champions. They can feel useless at times, but if the players can land consistent hooks, they can win the game. Duro has been excellent on the Blitzcrank in the past and has the potential to bring GenG to a series victory. Delight has rarely played Pyke, and his champion is more inconsistent to play. Pyke has less health due to his passive, making his positioning pivotal. Will either support hook their team to victory?

LCK 2025: Delight Dominates the Rift

In the early stages of the game, Delight gets more value on the hook champion. With more doubt on how he will impact the game compared to Duro, he has started brilliantly. HLE builds up to a 3k gold lead; however, most of it is on Delight’s Pyke. Delight being ahead is vital, but he can not solo carry a game for HLE. He will need to build further advantages for the rest of his team if they want to emerge victorious.

LCK 2025: GenG’s Clutch Plays

Despite being behind in gold, GenG finds ways to navigate their way back into the game. Every player on the roster had moments where they contributed to their team regaining control of the game. However, all those plays only put the game at an even state. It meant that one mistake would give HLE a chance back into the game. That would come from Canyon as he overstepped.

LCK 2025: Ruler Keeps GenG Afloat Until Chovy Catches HLE

Ruler secured three consecutive objectives in a row with feather pull-backs. GenG was in control of the first two, but the final was Baron. HLE had the chance to snowball the game, but Ruler stole Baron to once again even out the gold between the two teams. The Drake secures, and Baron steal, kept GenG in the game. On the final Drake Soul fight, Chovy stood up to find the HLE core with an ultimate. GenG cleaned up to end the series and become the LCK champions.

GenG are LCK Champions

GenG has dominated the majority of the year in the LCK and worldwide. They faltered against KT earlier in the Playoffs, but they used that loss as a learning opportunity. GenG are the LCK Champions and have reascended to their throne after being shocked by HLE at the end of last year.
