T1 comes into the first series of the LCK Playoffs as the favorites. DK will need to level up to take down the titans that are T1. Game one of the series goes to DK. There was little action, but when there was, it was almost all to the side of DK. The break for T1 has seemed to affect them, as their previous aggression is non-existent.
Two champions that T1 have dominated on during the regular season are Orianna and Bard. In game one of the series, DK has picked them away. While both ShowMaker and BeryL have competency in the picks, they do not match the level of Faker and Keria. If DK can win the game while stealing away these champions, they will garner a significant advantage in the series.

DK Composition
The early and mid-game had little notable action. T1 went for a dive on Siwoo and BeryL, which netted them one kill. Other than that, teams were postured for objectives, but rarely engaged each other. The slow game benefited DK, who needed time for Aiming and ShowMaker to come online on the Orianna and Ezreal.
After a mistake from Faker, chasing BeryL, DK saw an advantage. They went to the Baron to start a snowball. DK lost the Baron, but won the fight. Siwoo’s Ambessa was unlocked in the following engagement, taking a one-versus-three against Doran, Keria, and Gumayusi. He hard carried the fight and gave DK a significant lead for the first time. They utilized that advantage to win the game, and they go 1-0 up in the series.

Player of the Game – Siwoo
DK has always been successful in the first game of a series. However, they tend to fall off afterwards. They usually lose the game or struggle to close it out cleanly. Against T1, they will need to continue their form to move one victory away from advancing to Round 2.
