KT became the first team outside of the top three in the LCK Legend group to win a game against GenG, HLE, and T1. They could have won the series, but mistakes in a pivotal team fight gave HLE the advantage to end the game. BFX defeated BRO in a tense three-game series to earn their qualification for the LCK Play-In Stage.

LCK 2025: KT Rolser Versus Hanwha Life

Initial Prediction

KT 0-2 HLE

Result

KT 1-2 HLE

Summary

KT came out firing in the series today against HLE. They managed to defend PerfecT on dives, whom they usually leave out to dry. They won the first game of the series and had chances in the next two to defeat HLE. Unfortunately, mistakes from KT and excellent decision-making from HLE meant KT could not win the series. A win would have almost guaranteed a spot in the Playoffs, but now they must wait for the result from NS this week.

HLE managed to keep the pressure on T1 with the victory, but losing game one means that a 2-0 victory for T1 will leave the teams on identical scores. Zeus was instrumental in the win and is almost back to his World Championship form.

LCK 2025: BRION Versus FearX

Initial Prediction

BRO 1-2 BFX

Result

BRO 1-2 BFX

Summary

The series today encapsulated the Rise Group. Every game was back-and-forth, with teams winning team fights they had no reason to. Both teams wanted to play early games slowly, but once the action began, it never ended. The draft from BFX in game two was puzzling, with them picking Jhin into Sion. Morgan dominated on the pick and was a vital part of bringing the series to a third game.

Diable was put on Kalista for game three, and he delivered on what is not the best meta pick at the moment. His non-stop aggression did lead to one mistake, but when it came down to the significant fight, he carried. Diable glided around the BRO members to earn himself four kills and give BFX a lead that they used to win the game and qualify for the LCK Play-In stage.

Series Ratings
