The Lower Bracket Semi-Final of MSI sees a rematch of the LPL Grand Finals. Anyone’s Legend takes on Bilibili Gaming. AL has gotten the better of BLG during the recent split and looks to continue that trend. AL has looked significantly better throughout MSI, pushing GenG Esports to two games. BLG, on the other hand, went to five games against FlyQuest and were smashed by T1.
As with previous days, the match between AL and BLG begins at 5:00 pm PST (2:00 am CET, July 11th).
Kael has been excellent for AL during MSI and is a vital part of their success. While for BLG, On has struggled, often being the target for other teams. His mistakes against FlyQ gave the North American team chances to come back into the game. On gifted FlyQ a chance back into game three, which they threw after pushing to end. If BLG wants to stand a chance against AL, he must improve. If he continues to get caught out, the series might be over quickly.
Anyone’s Legend 3 – 1 Bilibili Gaming
The performances from both teams during MSI indicate that this series will not be close. Their previous meetings further show that AL is the favorite in the series. Both teams love to fight for every objective, and so far, AL has looked better in the team fights. BLG mainly builds leads off their early game, and AL will look to contest them at every turn. 2024 BLG must return if they want to stand a chance in this series. BLG taking more than one game will come as a surprise.
The winner of the series meets T1 in the Lower Bracket Final. Regardless of the winner, the LPL and LCK have the additional seeds at the World Championship. For BLG, their path to revenge begins today. While for AL, they look to prove their worth and ensure they are the best LPL team.
