According to Games Radar, these are the games that are scheduled for release on the Switch 2 in 2025. Here are the launch titles that will be available on opening day.

• Mario Kart World. This is the flagship launch title for the Nintendo Switch 2, which got an entire Nintendo Direct dedicated to it. The latest entry in the beloved Mario Kart franchise lets you drive around an open world where all the tracks are connected.
• The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Two of the most acclaimed games for the Switch 1 are getting special upgraded versions for the Switch 2. The upgrades will also be free if you own the original games and have a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription.

• Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S. The combination of two classic puzzle games features new modes for the Nintendo Switch 2 and mouse control support.
• Fortnite. Yes, you will be able to play the immensely popular shooter on the Switch 2. Gear up and put on your favorite skin.
• Arcade Archives 2: Ridge Racer. A new generation of gamers can play the classic racing game on the Switch 2, no bulky arcade cabinet needed.

• Sonic x Shadow Generations. The Nintendo Switch 2 will give Sonic fans a treat right from the start with the release of the Sonic Generations remake and expansion.
