Overwatch 2 dropped the trailer for their collaboration with Street Fighter Six yesterday. The Evo Japan Event Championship revealed the skins on May 6th, but now we have further details on acquiring the cosmetics and in-game rewards. The event begins on May 20th and ends on June 2nd. There are eight skins in total that players can choose from to represent Street Fighter 6.
For those who missed the reveal two weeks ago, eight heroes get Street Fighter 6 skins when the Event launches on May 20th.
Players can get in-game items like victory poses, emotes, and highlight intros for the skins. Blizzard has done their utmost to ensure each skin feels like its Street Fighter counterpart, so fans of the fighting game will feel right at home.
Players can purchase various Bundles during the collaboration event. The Street Fighter 6 Ultra Bundle grants players all eight skins to don in their Overwatch 2 matches. The Ultra Bundle will likely cost around 10,000 Overwatch coins. Players can choose between two Mega Bundles. Both Mega Bundles cost around 5900 Overwatch Coins. The first Mega Bundle contains Chun Li Juno, Ryu Hanzo, Dhalism Zenyatta, and M. Bison Sigma. Mega Bundle 2 has Juri Kiriko, Cammy Widowmaker, Blanka Winston, and Guile Soldier: 76. Players can purchase the individual hero bundles for an expected cost of 2800 Overwatch Coins. The cost of all the bundles is based on previous collaboration event skin bundles.
During the Collaboration event, players can complete limited-time in-game challenges. Players can earn up to 40,000 XP alongside Street Fighter 6-themed sprays, voice lines, and a player title. The event will run from May 20th through June 2nd, and once it completes all limited-time challenges, skin bundles will no longer be available for future completion and purchase in Overwatch 2.
