In recent patches, the Riot balance team has focused on buffing niche builds and roles for champions. Sylas and Nautilus in the jungle were two beneficiaries of those changes. Riot is continuing that trend in Patch 15.7, focusing on buffing niche builds that players have grown to love over the years. Yunara is seeing her first balance patch with the team predominantly taking a swing at bug fixes for her that should result in nerfs for the new champion.
The numbers for each buff, nerf, and adjustment should be out tomorrow, but for now, we have the list of champions and items receiving changes in the upcoming patch.

Champion Buff Comments
Riot is taking another pass to buff niche builds and strategies, predominantly focusing on AP Irelia, Lane Kayn, AP Kog’Maw, Vayne Jungle, and Nilah Jungle. They are still committed to making more changes to other builds and strategies that the community would love to see.
Champion Nerf Comments
Gwen has been the best toplaner for quite some time due to her safe laning phase, which allows her to scale for free into the late game. The changes are aimed at giving her more weaknesses for players to punish.
Yunara is another champion who is overperforming in her role. Riot is attempting a bugfix pass for her, mainly targeting her Q bounces. It should result in an overall nerf to Yunara.
Rumble and Singed’s win rates have increased since the Red Side Dot changes. Both champions are performing roughly the same on the blue and red sides, which has resulted in them being OP, requiring nerfs to both.
Item Buff Comments
Horizon Focus has not seen enough playtime on most champions that can build the item outside of Vel’Koz types. Profane Hydra is another item that does not have enough users at the moment, resulting in buffs to help it be a better first item purchase.
