Uncivil Discourse God Roll Guide in Destiny 2

Uncivil Discourse is a Special Ammo Arc Dynamic Handcannon. Heat Weapons do not have a reload. Instead, every shot generates Heat. You can press the reload key to vent the weapon. It will automatically vent when not fired, stowed, or overheated. Uncivil Discourse is a powerhouse in PvP and has one dominant use case in PvE: Lucky Pants Hunters.

• Offhand Strike, Frenzy, Jolting Feedback, Desperate Measures, Precision Instrument, Opening Shot, Thermal Atomization

PvE God Roll

Air Trigger is the best option for the Hand Cannon. Despite the nerfs to the perk, the increased ammo capacity makes it a must-have for many special ammo weapons. For the fourth column, there are two choices. Frenzy is the best for general use cases. The increased damage and stats work are ideal and only require you to be in combat for an extended duration. The other option is Precision Instrument. This perk is best for the Lucky Pants users. For those chasing the Solo Witness, you will need Precision Instrument.

Uncivil Discourse is geared up for success in PvP with its framework. It has the potential to take down opponents in seconds. The perks we are choosing will increase the potency of Uncivil Discourse. Keep Away is the best choice in the third column. You want to keep your distance in combat, and it gives ideal stats. The Range and Accuracy increases will make you lethal. For the fourth column, you have a couple of options. Opening Shot will help increase the accuracy of the first shot. Precision Instrument, on the other hand, lowers the time to kill. You can choose the one that best suits your playstyle.

Acquiring Uncivil Discourse

Uncivil Discourse drops from the Lawless Frontier and Renegades Campaign. Players can spend Dark Ingots at Syndicates, Credits at the weapons shop, and salvage at the local Vendors to acquire an Uncivil Discourse. Only the weapons shop will guarantee a drop of the Hand Cannon.
