Angel Reese Flexes Permanent Decision Made to Her Body

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese continues to put in the work this offseason, just weeks before the new WNBA campaign starts. Despite that, however, she's also making sure to keep her fans updated on what's happening in her life.

In fact, during her workout session with NBA and WNBA player development specialist Iren Rainey on Wednesday—where she was seen practicing her shooting—Reese took a selfie and shared it on her Instagram Stories for her 4.8 million followers to see.

What stood out from Reese's photo, however, was the "Unapologetic" tattoo on her forearm. By the looks of it, the Sky forward really wanted her followers to see her ink.

Angel Reese got the tattoo back in 2023 when she was still with the LSU Tigers. In a previous interview with Sniper J0nes on his podcast, Reese admitted that she chose the word as a reminder of her overall approach to her life and career.

"That's kinda like my thing right now," Reese said about her decision to get the "Unapologetic" tattoo at the time. "I'm unapologetically me. That's kind of like ... who I am."

She added, "I just feel like a lot of people, a lot of younger girls, have kind of attached to me because I am who I am. I don't let anybody tell me who I am."

In the same interview, Reese further shared that she got a matching tattoo with her best friend on her ankle. However, the other tattoo was not shown.

It's also worth noting that Reese used "Unapologetic" for her podcast, titled "Unapologetically Angel." Perhaps her latest photo showing off her tattoo is also a subtle reminder that she will continue to live by that attitude.
