The Chicago Sky's season began with high expectations and finished in disappointing fashion under first-year head coach Tyler Marsh.

Chicago ended the season with a 10-34 record, tied for the worst record in the WNBA.

Despite having some talented players, such as Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso, the Sky struggled to find consistency.

After the season concluded, Cardoso took to social media, sharing several pictures from the Sky's season.

"Til next time," Cardoso said.

Reese then responded to Cardoso's post, sending a positive message to her WNBA teammate.

"Twin tower always and forever," Reese said.

Cardoso had yet another successful season with the Sky. The center was playing in her second season in Chicago, continuing to emerge as one of the best front court players in the WNBA.

Cardoso averaged 13.6 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 blocks in 40 games this season.

Reese was also playing in her second season with the Sky and averaged 14.7 points, 12.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists and 1.5 assists per game in 30 games.

Reese made the WNBA All-Star team for the second season in a row. She continues to prove that she's one of the best players in the league, especially in the rebounding category.

The Sky will head back to the drawing board, looking to find more talent to build around Reese and Cardoso as they try to recapture the success that led the franchise to a WNBA championship in 2021.
