Few players have made an immediate impact in the WNBA like Angel Reese. The Chicago Sky forward entered the league in 2024 and quickly established herself as one of its most dominant interior forces, averaging 13.6 points and a record 13.1 rebounds per game while setting a rookie record with 26 double-doubles. She earned All-Star honors, finished runner-up in Rookie of the Year voting, and cemented her status as one of the league’s fastest-rising stars.
She followed that up with another strong campaign in 2025. Despite Chicago’s struggles in the standings, Reese averaged 14.7 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game, earning her second All-Star nod and continuing to dominate the glass at a historic level. Her ability to control the boards and impact games on both ends made her one of the few bright spots for a team still in transition.
Off the court, Reese has built one of the most visible personal brands in women’s basketball. Her partnership with Reebok, which began as an NIL deal and was later extended into a multi-year professional endorsement, positioned her as the face of the brand’s basketball relaunch under Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iverson.
On Monday, Reebok announced the release date of Reese’s new collection of her player-exclusive colorway, with the 23-year-old also sharing the news with her followers on X.

The upcoming drop adds to an expanding line that already includes earlier releases such as “Pretty Gritty,” “Diamond Dust,” and “Mebounds.”
The announcement comes as anticipation builds for Reese’s third WNBA season. There is also growing clarity around the league’s future, as the WNBA players’ union voted to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement with over 90% participation and a unanimous vote, according to WNBPA president Nneka Ogwumike. The deal now heads to the league for final approval.
With her on-court production and off-court influence continuing to rise, Reese enters 2026 as one of the defining faces of the league and one of its most marketable stars.
