Angel Reese is a star on and off the court with her electric performances and unique charm. The 23-year-old forward is the Chicago Sky's top player, averaging 14.7 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.7 blocks in 30 starts.
While the numbers are impressive, the former LSU star's biggest achievement last season was improving her shot selection. She finished her 2025 campaign with a 45.8% field goal percentage. While outside shooting won't likely become a part of her offensive arsenal (18.2% in 2025), her shooting became more efficient as she got more used to the pace and physicality of the pros.
As Reese hopes to lead the Sky to a better record in the East, she's more eager to start her basketball year through a return to familiar grounds.
The Randallstown, MD native posted on her Instagram profile that she's returning to Rose BC for the remainder of the season.
"BARBIE HOOPS ARE BACK!" Reese wrote on her caption. The post was a gallery of the WNBA star donning the Rose jersey and looking prepared to compete in the 3x3 tournament.
Fans immediately welcomed Reese's return to the competition. Many commented on her post, flooding the comment section with hearts.
"WE ARE SO BACKKKKK ROSEBUDS," Rose BC's IG account commented.
Reese was a force to be reckoned with during the 2025 Unrivaled season. She averaged 13.3 points, a league-leading 12.4 boards, and 1.9 assists on 46.9% shooting. Fans will be excited to see their first taste of Reese-branded basketball in the near future.
