Seattle clinched a spot in the WNBA playoffs with the victory. After the game concluded, the No. 6 seed was still in play for the Fever, given the loss of Golden State.
As mentioned by Indiana Fever reporter Chloe Peterson, the Valkyries would need to lose against the Minnesota Lynx on Thursday for the Fever to move into the No. 6 seed.
If Indiana were to clinch the No. 6 seed, they would play Brittney Griner's Atlanta Dream if the standings were to freeze.
