Another league in the United States is beginning its season on Friday, and it will be looking a little different in the WNBA.
The league has expanded for the 2025 season after the addition of the Golden State Valkyries.
As the number of teams begins to rise, so does the number of games played for each franchise.
There will be an additional four games added for each organization, raising the number from 40 to 44.
This expansion will bring more opportunities in the sport for more players to show their skills and make a mark in the league.
