Caitlin Clark Reacts to 'Amazing News' Involving Lexie Hull

The 2026 WNBA offseason has been an eventful one for Lexie Hull. After participating in the 3-on-3 women's basketball league Unrivaled until the end of February, the Indiana Fever guard had a bachelorette party in Scottsdale, Arizona, in March.

Hull has been engaged to former professional baseball player Will Matthiessen since April 2025. The couple has been planning their wedding ever since, with the Fever veteran telling People in November 2025 that it has been both fun and hard at the same time due to their busy schedules.

Now, Hull revealed on Monday that she's currently in Cabo San Lucas with her fiancé for a "quick reset." She shared several photos of herself and Matthiessen as they enjoy a much-needed vacation.

Caitlin Clark, who has grown close to Hull since joining the Fever in 2024, commented on the Instagram post. However, she couldn't help but notice the photos of her Fever teammate that Matthiessen took.

The Fever superstar has taken up photography as a "new hobby," and she appears to be impressed by Matthiessen's photography skills.

"Didn’t know Will also does photography," Clark wrote, before calling the development "amazing news."

It's worth noting that Clark recently served as a photographer for the Indiana Pacers' game against the Los Angeles Lakers on March 25. Clearly, she's enjoying photography.

Clark also recently said that she can't wait to see Hull and Matthiessen get married. Perhaps Fever fans will see Clark play a photographer role in the wedding as well.
