Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark enters the 2026 WNBA season with a point to prove. A massive development off the court has only added to the excitement.

Clark has redemption on her mind after an injury-riddled sophomore campaign limited her to just 13 games. She still dazzled despite the setbacks, averaging 16.5 points and 8.8 assists per game.

The 24-year-old carried that momentum onto the international stage. She delivered a spectacular showing for Team USA at the FIBA Women's World Cup Qualifying Tournament.

Clark claimed tournament MVP honors after averaging 11.6 points and 6.4 assists across five games. She led the Americans to a perfect 5-0 record.

With the league's new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) now in place, Clark is locked in and ready to go.

On Sunday, Clark appeared as an NBC special contributor for the second time on "Basketball Night in America."

Alongside her courtside duties during the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. New York Knicks game, Clark fielded questions about the WNBA's landmark new CBA

The two-time All-Star could not contain her excitement.

"We did it, baby!" Clark said.

The two-time All-Star touched on the significant salary hike and revenue sharing the new CBA brings.

"I think it's as simple as that," she said. "Obviously, there's a lot of great things in the CBA as we move forward. But I think it sets a precedent for all of women's sports going forward, not just women's basketball. That we're truly valued and the product that we put on the floor is valued."

The Fever star also expressed gratitude to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it happen.

"Just excited and really thankful for everybody; everybody on the WNBA side and everybody on the (WNBPA) side," she said. "People put a lot of time and energy into it, took time away from their families. They were having 10-hour meetings, and they were up until 4 a.m. Just really grateful and thankful. People were very selfless through the process."

For Clark, the deal is bigger than basketball. It is a win for women's sports everywhere.
