It looks like Indiana Fever star Lexie Hull is going to get married after the 2026 WNBA season. Caitlin Clark's latest comment on her teammate's post suggests as much.
Hull announced her engagement to her fiancé, former pro baseball player Will Matthiessen, in April 2025. Ever since then, the couple has been planning for their big day.
Not many details about their wedding are known to the public. The Fever guard did talk about her upcoming nuptials in an interview with People in November 2025, but she only shared how hard the planning has been because of their busy schedules.
On Friday, however, Clark appeared to confirm Hull's wedding month when she commented on her post.
Hull celebrated her sixth-year anniversary with Matthiessen, sharing several photos of themselves with the caption, "our last May 1st anniversary!! 6 years and counting."
Hull's post already suggested that she's getting married in the next 12 months, but Clark's message made it clearer.
"I’m excited for November baby," Clark said.
Clark's comment aligns with Sophie Cunningham's previous statement. During an episode of her "Show Me Something" podcast last March, Cunningham told her co-host that Hull is "getting married in November."
The 2026 WNBA regular season will end in September, while the playoff games are held in October. With that said, a November wedding is just perfect for Hull since she can enjoy the offseason and spend more time with her partner.
Sure enough, Hull's focus right now is the 2026 season. She averaged career highs across the board last campaign, putting up 7.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals, and she's expected to remain a significant contributor.
Hull also signed a reported two-year, $1.6 million deal with the Fever, so plenty of eyes will be on her as she tries to help Indiana contend for a different ring.
